Making Cent$ in the City is a one-day workshop and patch program that teaches girls about financial literacy. This patch program and workshop was developed to provide opportunities
that will help girls learn to use their financial resources wisely. Topics to be covered include
checking accounts and debit/ATM cards, credit scores and credit cards, identity theft, the
Federal Reserve, basics of a loan, investing and budgeting.
